Host was really helpful and was prompt to help us and make sure we had a very good stay. We will be back at some point to explore the region... despite living 4 hours from Saint-Simeon we had no idea there was so much to explore.

The hotel itself is a mini-archive, and there are lots of nice touches from the breakfast hanging outside your door every morning to the record player in the room. Room keys are recycled as luggage tags and there was a complimentary drink on arrival. Couldn't have felt more welcomed and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Housed in a 19th century building in the heart of Quebec's Old Port, this hotel blends historic charm with state-of-the-art amenities and offers massage services and easy access to attractions. The hotel is nice and modern with good lounge spaces off the lobby which include wine dispensers to easily grab a glass of wine and relax. The room was nice and modern, very clean and a good size. The hotel had chocolates and a welcome note waiting for us in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch. We were staying over Christmas and they also left treats for us that day when the room was serviced, which made Christmas even more special. The hotel is in a good location to easily access the lower old town, and is also a short walk up to the higher old town. We had a wonderful time in Quebec City and really enjoyed our stay at Hotel 71.

I liked the city very much.
I liked the city very much. It is a cosy city, and within the walls you don't find high skyscrapers. It is also a clean city. People are really kind, whenever you approch them to ask your way, to take a photo of you or the nearest way to the washrooms. When you have seen Vieux Quebec, go a little further outside, where you find The Plains of Abraham, where you can walk, sit or even run. And don't forget to go up to the topfloor of the hotel Concorde. Have a cup of coffee or tea and just enjoy the turning restaurant that gives you a perfect view of the city. Around the city you may experience a lot of repair work on the roads. It is due to the damages that the snow causes during wintertime. You just have to live with that.

quebec city er meget præget af at et stort antal turister i august måned. Der er både trygt og velholdt. Meget at se på for den kultur - og historieinteresserede. Byen har en monumental og flot beligenhed. Alt kan nås til fods. Jeg anbefaler to overnatninger.

Very nice facilities. Restaurant and bar area are very nice. The lounge area is a nice place to enjoy a beverage. The staff in every area are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, roomy, water view, very comfortable bed. Open the window to enjoy the sound of the water lapping on shore. A balcony room would have been even better. Outdoor seating area on the beach was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Ask about an evening fire. Breakfast was very nice and the service friendly. Definitely recommend

Was happily surprised with the suite! Just in front of the spa, with a fireplace, nice kitchenette... Nice king bed, which was asked for. We even found a 'wall hide-bed'. Very nice!!

They really focus on nature… flowers, trees, fire pits , the food is excellent and all the employees are smiling ..and helpful .. that is not happening a lot these days .

The staff is very friendly. The facilities were all clean. My child had a really great time at the play room they have. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. It also worth mentioning the restaurant. They served really delicious high-end dishes. The whole stay was just amazing. Great views of the lake. We will definitely come back here next time!

At arrival, having also a booking from their site to benefit package for 1 night, we have been upgraded for the full duration of the stay. Best suite 400, with 360 view on the lake Sacacomie! The place is beautiful with a lot of activities, a good restaurant and a bar. The room was very clean, with a large bathroom and jacuzzi. Great for 4. The beds were comfy in king size and good pillows.
