This is definitely not a 2 star hotel! Excellent location, in the Old town, less than 5 min walk to the beach and to the car park. Very nice, clean street. Despite a very central location it was not noisy and we had a very good sleep. The room felt surprisingly spacious and had everything you need. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. The rooms were cleaned every day. The A/C was powerful but not noisy. The lack of breakfast was not a problem as there are many options to eat nearby. Ana on the reception was very welcoming and helpful. In San Sebastien is almost impossible to find a hotel with a good reviews without spending ridicules amount of money, so this hotel was a real find and we will be more than happy to stay there again.

The location is exceptional, sitting in a shopping area and not far away from the old town and the beach. My family and I did enjoy the stay here. I'd definiely recommend to others and stay again when my family travels again to San Sebastian.
