The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room also even if cramped was surprisingly comfortable, you can control the temperature and lighting of your room. Was very quiet also even though lots of people checked in that time.

You can easly use shuttle for going to metro station.

Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our time here - the breakfast buffet had plenty of selection and meals was delicious, we had perfect sleep quality, the shuttle service to airport, mall or beach were very comfortable – we took advantage of all the routes.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Exceptional front of house staff. A wonderful manager Kimberly who was engaging and went out of her way to make my last few hours easier prior to a 02.15 flight back to Australia. All staff were very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and very clean, as a bonus – it was bigger than a standard hotel room. There was an aircon in the room, additionally it was possible to open windows if you wanted a fresh air. This is so rare for modern hotels which often have closed aircon cycling through the whole building. The buffet breakfast was good and exceed our expectation.

The staff’s hospitality was unique and mind blowing, commitment to their duty were outstanding. They made the stay memorably remarkable. I would like to highlight few names those I should not be missed to complete the review such as Vinay, Subash, Sunil, Shara, Dithin, those were simply amazing with their hospitality and good gestures throughout the stay deserve a big shout out. The rooms were hygiene and spacious, Hotel have a good accessibility from DXB airport.
